My company has developed a new coating that prevents the build-up of tin on cold forming tools. The coating is currently being used in a high-profile commercially sensitive industrial sector. Feedback from the customer indicates the tools provided over two years ago are still in operation. Similar results have been observed with titanium and aluminium. I am now seeking alternative markets to fully exploit the coating.
Can anyone suggest industrial applications where soft metals such as Sn, Ti and Al are routinely cold formed?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated,
best regards,
