That's a real problem you have! I propose you look for "the report of the Institute of Industrial Science"
the University of Tokyo Volume 18, No 3.
"Studies on the flow stress of metals and alloys" By
Prof. Hiromu Suzuki. or you can request the same institute to supply you with the most modern data todate. It can be of help i guess. Othewise you will really have to extrapolate the available curve to cover your range of temperature.
