We are looking at forming forward bottom skins for aircraft floats in accordance with our own design. They are compound cirves that actually have two curved sections (for sister keelsons, chines and keelson members).
We are looking for suggestions/data/instructions on typical stretchformers so we can control our process and delivery dates. This goes for the heat treatment as well. The skins are about 32" by 9'6", with male and female dies already made and successfully used by a subcontractor. Any suggestions? Thanks!
