For the past year I've been looking for the same thing essentially, but focusing in the tool and die area. I have'nt found anything. What I have done is design my own material and am getting ready to use it on a trial run with some suppliers who agreed to be my guinea pigs because of the benefits we perceive we'll get.The measurements will be based on what it is our customer wants and how he measures us.We will definitely measure First Time Quality-"0" Defects;On Time Delivery(at the customer site);
Cost ;Process Lead Time(based on customer requirements);Minimum Inventory Standards:Change -over Time and some other areas.Hope this wil help you out!
