dear sir,
i want to make a pulse power circuit requiring features are given below. I'll be very much thankful to you if you kindly inform me regrading this. .................................. Pulse power supply: Input trig. --> TTL (preferebly with optical isolation inbuilt into the PFN system itself. Powersupplies --> Preferebly it should be a part of PFN.Specifications: O/P Current --> 1 Adc to 2000 Adc or above ( or whatever maximum amplitude possible to be able to vary contineously) O/P Impedence --> Load 1) R=50 ohm & L=250 nH. Load 2) L=6 microHenry & R= any value which you would suggest for best results. O/P Rise time & Fall time: for load 1) > ~ 100 ns or even less. for load 2) > ~ 500ns or whatever best is possible. O/P pulse width --> To be able to continuously vary pulse width from 50 ns to about 10 microsec for both kinds of loads. O/P over/undershoot > preferebly less than 5%. O/P duty cycle = 1 Hz ......................
