It is a problem to find the primary parameters you need!

Because of skin effect and non-ideal characteristics of the dielectricum, L, R, C AND G are frequency dependent!

L and R:
--------
R and L are included in the 'internal'- or 'surface'-impedance, which is also a complex function.
(Can be found in textbooks)

C and G:
--------
The dielectric constant of the dielectricum is a complex number.
(Problematic, not much an no correct data on the behavior of dielectrics)

I'm looking myself for how to describe twisted lines mathematically ...
