De-regulation power system example?

Hi I'm Predrag Popovic and I need a one example (with prices), about small De-regulations power
system with 4 different
plants: hydro, nuclear, coil and natural gas, on one day load (ballast).
Then
one TRANSCO,
one DISCO,
couple retail services
and number of consumes: one large consume (factory) and many small (home)
consumes.

Prefer that a price is 10c/kWh
