Send me the serial #, model # or whatever you can find on your power supply (or e-mail a picture). E-gun power supplies have a high voltage DC circuit and a seperate AC circuit to heat the filament. You probably have a problem with the AC circuit, although it could be connected wrong. My company bought EB tech in the early 1990's and we still service these supplies. We also manufacture new supplies. Most likly yours can be fixed.
