I am looking for information on "physical & chemical properties of glass substrates used in solar cells". I've searched the web but found only solar cell structures and base material configuration as follows:
+ glass/n-(ZnO:In)/p-(CuInSe2:Vcu) bilayer
+ glass/n-(ZnO:In)/n-(CuInSe2:Incu)/p-(CuInSe2:Vcu)
+ glass/n-(ZnO:In)

Could you please help where to find more information or web links, etc.
