Close gate valve / seal off from system. Purge with a inert gas for 30 minutes, nitrogen works fine. Then pump down with mech pump. Watch the rate of rise (see Shafer's comments). I would suggest going to Helix Technology (owners of CTI cryo-pumps) and get a manual, they may even have a link with regen instructions. Your system probable came with a CTI pump. If not it was most likely an Air Products pump, either way they regen the same.
