Seal cryo from rest of system.
Rough with mechanical pump to 5x10-2 or 50 millitor
Wait 15 min
seal off mechanical pump and count for 60 sec.
If cryo stays below 50 millitor, turn on compressor
If not rough for another 15 min
always check compressor before starting to verify 200lbs of helium in compressor
