Generally on glass spectacle's coating is of 2 layers on each side i.e HL,H=High index, L=Low index material, this are cerium oxide(ceo) and magnesium floride(mgf2), coming to thick ness is quater wave length stacks, so you can calculate them w.r.t your desired wavelength.

To produce hard coating, heat the substrate upto 250 Centigrade before U start coating. make sure you have to run ion bombardment for 15 - 20 minutes at room temparature, then start heating the substrate.
