I have a coating system consisting of three electrods for thermal evaporation and one electron gun. The thickness of the layers are monitored by optically and by the quartz crystel monitor. Now I want to coat hard anti reflection coating on spectacle lenses (Glass & Plastics) on both side to reduce reflection (anti glare). Can you help me in this regard for the choosing the coating materials, thickness and order of the layers.
The vaccum 10(-5) torr can be achieved in the coating system.
There is also a heating element for heating the substrate during coating.
