Can you give me some advice on evaporating Sio in an oxygen rich atmosphere. We are planning enhanced coatings on aluminium with TiO2 and Sio to combine with oxygen to SiO2.

Evaporation pressure?
Deposition rate?
How to control the irregularity of deposition rate?

And any more information you may have
