I have 3 - 6 foot x 15 foot mild steel vacuum chambers and Varian 32" diffusion pumps for sale. One chamber was decommissioned December 12, 2002 and has a roughing paackage. It was used for PECVD oxide deposition. Have all AE RF generators (6), gauging and gas delivery MFC's avaiable too.

All located in Corona CA. Photos available.
