i^m in the good old analog record business (phonograf records). there we use laquer discs to cut the first record. then we coat it with a silver coat, done with a spray gun and silver nitrat solutions. after that we put it into a nickle bath to produce the pressing stampers.
my idea is to coat it in a vacuum chamber instead of using a spraygun. it would be much faster and there is no chemicals needed anymore, also no waterpolution and stuff. i already made some experiments with an old semiconductor coater.
so im looking for anything afoordable with a size of 14 inch diameter where i can coat silver, copper or nickel.
