Dear Hemang,

I am glad that you are not shutting down your working system. If you need to increase your capacity, I am glad that your business is doing so well.

My advice would be to avoid diffusion pumped systems as they are a constant source of problems, mostly due to backstreaming of diffusion pump oil, as well as many other problems. This can give you many problems in thin film parameters.

If the turbo system is doing well for you, why don't you look for another one to fill your needs?
There are many suppliers of used systems and you can pick and chose among them.

My own experience has been with cryo pumps and I am very happy with the performance I get from them. They are very consistent and produce a clean vacuum. But turbo pumps can also produce good, clean vacuums as well. Since you have experience with Turbo systems, why not stay with them?

I have no interest in any company selling systems, but if you need some companies to contact, let me know and I will see if I can help out.

Best of luck.
