Hi Manar,

If you mean the chamber with Dia. 0.5 m and length 1 m (so volume is about 0.2 m3) and you have no any other special requirements, any diffusion pump with pumping speed more than 1000 l/s should be OK. The optimal solution is diffusion pumps with 6" inlet flange, usually they have pumping speed about 2500 l/s. They need backing pump with pumping speed about 15 - 20 cfm, it is good enough for rough pumping too.
