Im kinda parital to electrostatic applied epoxies myself.
Problem is one for the magnet vendor as they have to be done prior to the magnetization.
Both Arnold and Hitachi will do this as part of the magnet cost.
Another possibility is to "pot" with something like polyester casting resin after one has things the way they want them.
This is a handy way of creating cheap water channel as well.
