hello sumit, there is no adjustment to the cylinders of the leybold trivac series. They are aligned by dowel pins which sets the clearance from the factory. any honing or sanding of the cylinders will change that preset clearance and render them unusable. by experience they very rarely wear, the thermoplastic vane wears. as for your problem i would check the cetrifugal switch that actuates the asb lever(this is behind the pumpside drive coupling). you may not have adjusted it forward enough, thereby air may be entering the tube. regards, jack brown vactek http://vactek.com miami, florida usa
