What materails does everyone normally use for broadband AR coatings in visible region. I have used Substance1 as high index material but it is not a good material to evaporate and not available anymore. TiO2/SiO2 coatings are not giving good results for AR coatings, nor do Ta2O5/SiO2 (too much absorbing) as per my experience. What materials are available that give consistent result. The problem is especially for high index material. I have MgF2 and Al2O3 as low and medium index materials. I need for multi-layer ARC and not single layer MgF2.
