We have a Denton Vacuum coating machine(DV-502A) in the lab. Commonly, we use it to coat Aluminum on specimen to enhance the reflection from the surface. Now, I need to prevent the reflection from the Silicon surface; therefore, I want to deposit some black coating on Silicon. Do you have some suggestions? e.g., any kinds of black metals that can be used with the vacuum coating machine?
