Hi all,

Help needed! I am trying to coat a UV mirror using:
1) Aluminium + MgF2
2) Aluminium + SiO
to get Reflection > 80% at 190-200nm.

In theory, this works, but practically I got reflection of only 75%.
Will appreciate any suggestions or help on what I can do.
