I'm a french student in an engineering school and I need to know the qualities of primary vacuum (-> 10-6 bar).
I have to analyse the behaviour of Vacuum in tubes used for compressed gaz.
I need to know if we can consider this vacuum as compressed gaz thanks to simple rules.
Every infos (direct answers, sites, books; french or english) about this vacuum and specially about outgasing and leaks in tubes would help me.
