I read your post sorry i dont have a reply for you but since you are a professional in the feild, I thought maybe you could help me.
I have small yood blocks which I want vaccume metalized I went to various others but all their attempts have failed to give a long lasting coat.
If possible could you give me details of how this procedure may be carried out effectively, with detail of which lacqure to use and other details.
