We sell evaporation grade Germanium in the form of mini ingots - about 8 grams each mini-ingot. These are typically 30 to 40 ohm-cm poly, VERY PURE, and used by makers of infrared optical thin films. There are several competitors in this marketplace, but we have a UNIQUELY convenient product because it is in mini-ingot form [instead of random broken chunks of larger ingots]. I argue that random broken chunks should be expected to have lower purity as well due to the process, especialy handling, to which they have been exposed. We are qualified vendors at several major IR thin film plants.

Email us about your requirements and for a free 100 gram qualification sample.
