We have gained experience in manufacturing deposition equipment to obtain various optical films (ITO, SnO2, SiO2, other at your request) applicable to 24-hour operation. We use sputtering as deposition technique that is considered very accurate, and can offer good uniformity on large area substartes. We also used original sputtering sources, deposition software, gas control system.

Please come in contact and I would appreciate opportunity to offer our solutions for your specific application.

Best regards,
