Hi. Just now, we are designing a new vacuum chamber for this...
We are a lot (280), having a moderatly high budget($10.000), but have no idea of how to perform the design.
That we want is a vacuum chamber capable of aluminizing mirrors up to 30", multicoated with Al, SiO2 and TiO alternative layers (dielectric seems to be out of space ;-))
Can anybody help us?
