Dear Sir/Madam

We are interested in setting up a vacuum deposition reactor for Tin Oxide [SnO2] coting
on a glass substrate of size 12 Inches X 12 Inches square Pcs.

Kindly inform us the Deposition Principle used
[Thermal, Sputtering,E-Beam Or PECVD}for depositing SnO2 and the Utilites required.

Also suggestthe reputed suppliers of such reactors alongwith process package for prodcing 100 Pcs with uniformity and repeatability in shift of 8 hours working.
