There are a number of processes to make a blue reactive sputtered coating. By far the most impressive I have seen is a deep and rich color made with titanium oxide. I understand the properties are also excellent. This may not be much help. It's like giving someone a tube of blue paint and telling them it will make a wonderful picture. To do the same reactive color over and over will require a lot of work by you. mike plaisted
