About black colour:
As every time, I think that in more region of our work arc sysem is most useful.

Black colour you can make with Ti cathodes and with CO2 gas! It`s so easy:-) I was training it 2 years ago. It takes wonderful black!!!

take a pressure of gas as 4*10 -3 Pa.

As I think in your big mashine it will take a 4 minutes with curent of all sourses near 80 A.
