The Result of Evaporation of metals are metal-like, conductive films (Resistance depends on e.g. theirs thickness).
The Result of Evaporation of a metal alloy will also results in a metal like and conductive films.
If you need a non conductive film, try out reactive evaporation (means sputtering with oxygen oder nitrogen).
