Purchasing Dept:

We believe it is of up most importance to delivery a product to our customers in which they would be happy with. That is why they keep coming back. We would like the opportunity to send you samples of some of the services we offer. Below you will see a list of those services.

Coated Glass/Plastic
Pioneer Diversities has the capability to vacuum metalize roll plastics, sometimes referred to as “Roll to Roll” or “Web” coating, using Physical Vapor Deposition (Sputtering) on materials such as Polyester, and Co-Polyester (PETG), with or without protective masking, up to 30” wide with various materials such as (but not limited to) Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Copper, and Chrome.

Pioneer Diversities also has the ability to laminate adhesive (with release liner) to Web materials for use in “Peel and Stick” applications. Screen-printing, die cutting, slitting, and custom labeling are also available.

Pioneer Diversities is a supplier of PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating services using Sputtering technology. Sputtering is used to deposit thin films onto a variety of substrates including (but not limited to) glass, polyester, co-polyester, acrylic, silicon, nylon cloth, and foils. Virtually any material and most oxides can be readily sputtered either by direct deposition or reactively. These materials include (but is not limited to) Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), Aluminum, Copper, Chrome, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Oxide, and various other materials. This can be done on finished size parts or in sheet form up to 30” x 74” x 3/8” thick. Bent glass (single axis and spherically bent) can also be processed.

Uses of Indium Tin Oxide:
Indium Tin Oxide is a transparent electrical conductor that is used in:
LCD’s (Liquid Crystal Displays)
EL Lamps (Electro luminescent lamps)
Heated glass products
Touch control panels
EMI Shielding (Electro Magnetic Interference Shielding)
IRR applications (Infrared Reflecting)

Screen Printing / Patterning:
Pioneer Diversities has the ability to pattern (etch) coatings and to screen print
plastics and glass materials up to 30” x 30”.

Glass Cutting and Edging:
Pioneer Diversities has the ability to precision cut glass and seam edges.
