I just found that you have a two stage vacuum pump. Have you measured how high the vacuum, how low the pressure, you can get with this pump? Since it might have high vacuum pumpig ability, you probably do not need another high vacuum pump. If the pressure in your chamber can go lower than 5x10^-5Torr with this pump, you maybe can just go tryig evaporation coating without a diffusion pump.
