Answers: You needs a pressure of the order of 1* 10-4 [mBar].
like minimum or more better drop. If you are going to coat with aluminum, you should coat later with a layer of SiO2 or any another material of protection.
Like sealant, you need a ring of Vitón (R) covered with silicone grease.
