United Metallurgical Company represents some metallurgical plants in Russia.
One of them - Schelkovo metallurgical plant can produce precision steel strips (thickness 0,20 - 0,40 mm; width 50 - 200 mm.) with very low "C" content.
If this kind of product is interested for you pls send specification which you need.
