Working for Managing EPCC contractor, responsible for assist Project Engineer/ CSR’s/ Construction supervisor in all construction inspection activities i.e. welding, NDE, testing, coating and painting, WPS, WPQT, independent quality integrity verification and documentation (test packs and quality plans) reviews and approval. Co-ordinate and plan the activities of the team of piping supervisor / inspector. Review the QC inspection procedures provide by the Contractor for the project, for the quality aspects to be in accordance with the Contract requirements and regulations. Supervise the RT interpretation by the Contractor / NDT subcontractor and carry out interpretation on behalf of the client. Carry out regular audits/verification inspections on the Quality system of the Contractor and report on these. Witness and/or monitor the hydrostatic testing. Raise Non-Conformance and rejection/acceptance/release of materials delivered to the works. Maintain adequate files of all inspection issues and administer the NCR’s until resolution, completion and acceptance. Prepare weekly reports on the Contractor’s performance and overall status of the works and maintain statistics on the safety and quality performance of the Contractor. The piping covering C/Steel, CrMo Steel, S/Steel, Inconels, hastelloys, GRP, HDPE and lined cooling water pipe.
