I am looking for Taiwan based manufacturers and suppliers of microwave LDMOS transistors (1-3 GHz) at about 300Watts for use in mobile phone base stations. Also for Taiwan based manufacturers and suppliers of equipment for fabricating such LDMOS transistors.
