It is related to production control system. I have done this project in a
RANE EVL.I have studied various production control systems and layouts and Cellular manufacturing. For this I have studied various machining times in that company for changing the layout .i.e., to convert Batch production to Line production.
By doing so production can be increased, waste can be reduced and man power can also be reduced.
