Working as a CAE Engineer. Assist few Projects in Finite Element Analysis of Gas Turbine Blade, Solenoid Nozzle, Connecting Rod, and steering lever using pro-e, Hypermesh, Ansys.

2) TRINITY ENGG.LTD, PUNE – (NOV 2000 – AUG 2001)
Worked as a CAD Engineer in Design unit. I am responsible for computer programming of Induction Hardening machine, manufacturing transmission shaft for MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD. Worked on PRO-E package.

3) PIKMAN AUTO PVT.LTD, NASHIK – (AUG 1999 – OCT 2000)

Description- The lever steering link is used to transmit power from steering to a front wheel of a tractor. The material used for analysis is 18c.The model is created in Pro-e by specification provided by client & imported to Hypermesh.A finite element model is generated in Hypermesh (hexagonal) mesh according to element specification provided by client. The analysis file is written to Ansys where structural analysis is performed.

TITLE- ANALYSIS OF NOZZLE BLOCK OF SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY.
Client- Delta Technologies.

Description- The Nozzle block is used in solenoid valve assembly. The Nozzle block subjected to a bursting pressure of 180 mpa is supported by bolts. The geometric model is created in Pro-e & imported to Hypermesh.The template is set to Ansys 3D.The element type 8-noded isoparametric-second order element are created & material properties are assigned in Hypermesh using card images, along with mesh control, a fine mesh is generated. A check has been made on mesh for jacobian, warpage, skew angle, and aspect ratio. The loading & boundary conditions are applied in Hypermesh & a file is written to Ansys.A static analysis is carried out in Ansys & post processing the result have been discussed & documented.

TITLE- FOUNDATION STRUCTURE.
Client- AVU India Ltd.
Organization- Concurrent Analysis Corporation.

Description- A finite element model of foundation structure is created in Hypermsh.IGES model is supplied by client. A template is set to Ansys 3D.Four nodded solid 45 elements are created in Hypermesh & material properties are assigned in Hypermesh using card images. A check has been made on mesh for jacobian, warpage, skew angle, and aspect ratio.

TITLE- ANALYSIS OF TURBINE COMPONENT.
Client- BHEL(R & D)
Organization-Concurrent analysis Corporation.

Duration-1 Month.
Description- The life prediction of Turbine components such as rotor, valve, chest & casting are idealized using 8-node 2D isoparametric element. The connecting boundary conditions are theoretically evaluated through flow condition & imposed as boundary condition against time. A transient heat transfer analysis has been performed at a particular time at maximum temperature. A stress analysis has been performed by taking temperature distribution obtained from thermal analysis.

TITLE- ANALYSIS OF CONNECTING ROD.
Client- Delta Technologies.

Description- The Connecting Rod specification is supplied by client. The Connecting Rod is subjected to a pressure of 220 mpa. The geometric model is created in Pro-e & imported to Hypermesh.The necessary boundary conditions are applied in Hypermesh using card images The template is set to Ansys 3D.The element type 8-noded isoparametric-second order element are created & material properties are assigned in Hypermesh using card images, along with mesh control, a fine mesh is generated. A check has been made on mesh for jacobian, warpage, skew angle, and aspect ratio. The loading & boundary conditions are applied in Hypermesh & a file is written to Ansys.A static analysis is carried out in Ansys & post processing the result have been discussed & documented.

TITLE- ANALYSIS OF LOCOMOTIVE WHEEL.
