Academic Seminar: Computer Controlled Carburetor Systems

DESCRIPTION: Carburetion is the process in which petrol of the air is mixed outside the Engine Cylinder. Varieties of A:F ratios are required for different purposes. So A:F is not constant in conventional I.C. Engines, which results in increase of SFC. This Seminar provides the overview on the control system provided in the modern I.C. Engines using Sensors and Solenoids as operating units, which results in the Fuel Economy.

Academic Project:

PROJECT TITLE: CALIBRATION OF THERMOCOUPLE UNIT

DESCRIPTION: This project was aimed to calibrate a thermocouple unit by using standard temperature measuring devise like thermometer. Thermocouple is one of the important temperature measuring devices, in which temperature is indicated by production of an emf when the junction of two dissimilar metals are kept at different temperatures. In this project we had calibrated Iron-Constantine, Copper-Constantine and Chromel-Alumel thermocouples by using mercury filled thermometer.
