Brief Project Profile : Redesign/Modifications of the Rear Seat Back (RSB 40-60%) using the existing Original Prototype in order to increase the comfort level by making the changes on both “A” and “B” surface, proving the Redesigned PU pad for enhanced comfort level. The job involved Redesign, Modelling, assembly and Detailing.
Responsibilities: Guiding the team with redesign and modification of “A” and “B” surfaces, Modelling, Assembly and detailing. Design checking, interaction with the customer.
Role: Team Leader
Team Size: 3 Engineers inclusive of project Lead.

Project 2: Redesigning of Back Door for Military Armada Vehicle
For Singapore Technologies Ltd , Singapore.
Software: Unigraphics V-18
Brief Project Profile: The scope of the project is to-
1. Redesigning of a Back door.
2. Avoid water leakage into the vehicle and
3. Redesigning Door latch Mechanism.
Responsibilities:
1. Concept Designing, Design flow chart (as per 6-sigma standards),
2. Modelling & Designing of Latch mechanism in which while door opening & closing, it should not hit the vehicle body.
3. Modelling & Designing of Rubber bulb which should flush with the door when it is closing.
Guiding the team for redesign, Modelling, Assembly and detailing. Design checking, interaction with the customer.

Project 3: Designing of Injection Moulds for “Access Door”
For Omni Moulds, Singapore.

Responsibilities: Modelling, Designing of the mould from scratch during which I use to guide the sub-ordinates in all technical aspects like No. of cavities, Type of gates, Calculations, Shrinkage & Core-Cavity extraction.

Project 4 : Modelling, Assembly and Detailing of Various Seating Components
For Faurecia Automotive Seating, USA.
Software : Unigraphics Version 18
Brief Project Profile: Modelling of various Seating Plastic components and sheet metal and then do the assembly followed by Preparation of manufacturing drawing and assembly drawing along with GD&T.
Responsibilities: Guiding the team in modelling plastic and sheet metal component and Unigraphics way of modelling & Quality Checking.

Project 5: Detailing of Entire Seat Assembly.
