January 2003

Dear Employer,
I've served as the "right arm" for construction supervisors and project managers for the last several years. Although I don't have the Bachelors degree you request, I think you'll find that my current job qualifications and skills provide an adequate substitute. I'm proficient in many of the crafts and skills that are needed in the construction industry and am well aware of the tremendous responsibilities that fall upon personnel that are in management positions. I have acquired the computer skills that are used in the construction industry and have a good working knowledge of some of the specialty programs. I work well from schematics, assembly drawings and blueprints. I have worked on many projects that required coordination of crafts for job specific functions and have excellent personnel management skills.
When we have the opportunity to meet, I'll elaborate on my work experience--which seems to complement your needs--and supply you with strong references. I can be reached during the day at 936-875-4498. A full resume including all applicable certifications can be faxed to you if you feel that I meet your requirements.
I'm looking forward to discussing the position with you.
Thank you,
Mike Feagin

EMPLOYMENT
2001-2002 Service and Startup Technician, Republic Refrigeration Inc.
Primary responsibilities were to see that the construction job was complete and that it was ready to start-up. After verification it was my responsibility to trouble shoot any problems that might arise and coordinate needed crafts to correct that problem. After start-up we proved the system by operating for 14 days with no problems to signoff all punch list corrections.

2000-2001 Multi-Craft Technician, Technip USA
Supervisor Anthony Buckner Phone: 1-800-564-4000
Primary responsibilities were to work with the different crafts as a technician and foreman over several unspecialized mechanics that as the job progressed moved into various craft specialties. In this manner we found that the labor force did not need to be as large and many of the mechanics were able to implement abilities that made the job run smoothly and at the same time endeavored to help all the crafts when extra manpower was needed. At the end of the job I was assigned to inspect and put together a final punch list and coordinate with the different crafts to complete all items and sign off to customer rep. This was a natural gas booster station in Greenville, Mississippi.

1994-2000 Sr. Maintenance and Refrigeration Foreman, Pilgrims Pride Corp.
Job requirements were to maintain and repair all equipment and electrical controls in the production plant also to assure the proper operation and maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration system that was needed to store product until it was shipped. Undertook several renovations on this plant where complete product lines were removed and new equipment was installed. All wiring and structure was fabricated at jobsite and maintenance personnel terminated most wiring. I was put in charge of the equipment installation crew, which worked to demolition the existing equipment and floors structures and layout by prints and drawings the new floor plan and equipment locations. In the same manner as above I helped to install new refrigeration equipment that was needed to handle the additional capacity provided by the production changes. This included forming and finishing housekeeping pads, installing pumps, vessels and compressors and all associated piping and electronic or pneumatic controls. Also did all repair work to existing A/C and freon refrigeration systems for administration and cafeteria buildings.
Supervisor Joe Sanziwich ph. 936-639-1174

1988-1994 Subcontractor mechanical and electrical work.

Sub contracted my labor to several of the local electrical and refrigeration companies that needed an extra hand or some specialized control or mechanical help. Started a small company of my own and started the renovation to the Pilgrims Pride plant and was offered a position in the refrigeration dept., which I accepted.
