I have been a welder fitter for going on six years now. I can run just about anything. I feel I have a high knowledge of the work I do. I am very dependable, and detailed oriented, and have high work ethics. I have ran a crew going on three years now, and everyone I have had under me, feel I am an excellent leader. I take care of my people, and treat them with the same respect that I expect to receive.

I was a foreman trainee. I lead a crew of five, laid yard pipe, welded anything from 1/2 “ steel plate to 108” concrete pipe. Ran all pipes to filter building, high service pump station, pre-treatments, vaults, and to the storage tanks I had good work ethics and was a strong leader. I left due to layoffs.
October 2001 - March 2002 Encompass Mech. 770-476-5528 Pay scale $14.00
I was the lead fitter here, and ran a small crew of three. Ran 8” water mains, tied in all lines to the preexisting lines. Did a lot of victolic fitting, and even some press to fit. Learned how to cut and groove pipe. Piped a whole boiler room with just my crew. Left to find more money, and more hours.
January 2001 - October 2001 Beers Contractors Number no longer avail. Pay scale $16.00
Here I was a fitter/welder at a water treatment plant. . I didn’t see much welding action, but I did burn some. Hung hangers, cleaned faces of pipe and flanges, did the entire fiber glass piping. I sit, piped, and ran all chemical tanks. I was a leader of three men. Left due to job site closing.
June 99 - January 2001 Pizzagali Contractors Number no longer avail. Pay scale $16.00
Worked on A wastewater treatment plant. Learned all crane signals, rigging, and basic pipefitting skills. Cut pipe, beveled, fitted, and ran equipment. Did a lot of PVC, copper, and ductile iron. Also worked with heavy gauge steel.
Experienced in supervision positions, layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, repair and maintenance of pipe and piping systems. Able to read blueprints, ISOs and project specifications. Experience in rigging, flagging, radio commands, threading, beveling, bending, welding and cutting pipe using various equipment and tools. Can sit pumps, fixtures, and tanks. Knowledge and experience with various types of pipe including, but not limited to victolic, depend-o-lock, press-to-fit, concrete, yard pipe, fiberglass, stainless, chrome, PVC and carbon steel. Worked on pipe from 1/2" up to 144". Able to operate various types of heavy equipment including JLG aerial lift, scissor lift, Lull, 40-ton dump trucks, and skid steer. Also willing and capable of doing the smaller jobs like hanging hangers, digging ditches, and plain old manual labor.
