Analog IC Design Engineer-MA

Join our brand new IC division and facility where we design, manufacture and market analog IC's for the telecommunications market. Enjoy the atmosphere and functionality of a start-up, backed by the resources of a 60 year old profitable company.

Participate in the development of high-voltage mixed-signal Integrated Circuits by architecting and designing cost effective high performance CMOS analog circuits. Relevant design experience includes CMOS amplifiers, voltage references, comparators, and sigma-delta converters. Will define, design and simulate the layout of CMOS analog/mixed-signal IC's. Interface with customers on product definition and support Product Engineering through release of product to manufacturing. Perform product cost analysis, prepare and hold design and architecture review meetings.

Requires a BSEE
4+ years experience in high-voltage analog/mixed-signal IC designs of custom IC's at the transistor level.
Design experience on switched capacitor circuits and A/D or D/A converters is a plus.

Generous compensation package including:
Base $85-110K
+Bonus
