Senior Analog IC Design Engineer-MA

Join our brand new IC division and facility where we design, manufacture and market analog IC's for the telecommunications market. Enjoy the atmosphere and functionality of a start-up, backed by the resources of a 60 year old profitable company.

Participate in the development of high-voltage mixed-signal Integrated Circuits by architecting and designing cost effective, high performance CMOS analog circuits. Define, design, simulate and supervise layout of CMOS Analog/Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits. Interface with customers on product definition. Support Product Engineering via interface with customers on product definition. Perform product cost analysis through release of product to manufacturing.
Prepare and hold design and architecture review meetings.

BSEE or equivalent and 8+ years' relevant experience or
MSEE or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in high-voltage analog/mixed-signal IC design.
Relevant design experience includes CMOS amplifiers, voltage references, comparators, sigma-delta converters, switched capacitor circuits and A/D or D/A converters.
Previous project leadership also preferred.

Generous compensation package including:
Base $ 90-115K
+Bonus
