SUMMARY: Mykrolis is the worldwide leader in chemical and photochemical contamination control and management technologies for the semiconductor industry. This leadership position is responsible for managing the liquid applications development organizations worldwide to provide strong technical support to our customers. Responsibilities include identifying industry technology and competitive trends, developing applications roadmaps and new applications for Mykrolis chemical and photochemical businesses.

KEY JOB ELEMENTS Provide leadership and management of the liquids applications development group to:

 Develop new applications for Mykrolis products and provide technical support to our contamination control and chemical delivery products customers.
 Develop application roadmaps and provide business and product development inputs to management based on industry trends.
 Participate in new product development processes with R&D, marketing and customers to optimize product designs for customer applications.
 Provide training and technical support to customers and the Mykrolis organization.
 Coordinate with other departments to identify and analyze new opportunities and competitive products.
 Develop product validation and test methodologies.

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field and a minimum of five years related experience within the microelectronics industry. Experience with wet cleans processes, chemical mechanical planarization, photochemical delivery and wet etch is desirable. Must have excellent communication skills and previous management experience is desirable. Knowledge in various membrane and separation technologies is beneficial.
