Purpose: To develop the sales and revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initiative and international experience.
Implement strategy to achieve rapid sales growth in all major markets.
Develop / Manage both direct OEM sales and distribution / partner relationships.
Responsible for sales forecasts, pricing, and contracts.
Perform regular competitive market analysis and participate in strategic planning.
Responsible for the servicing, support and satisfaction of all customers.
To perform other duties as required by management.
International travel requirements: 50%+.
Minimum 5+ years in sales Optical Instrumentation targeted at the electronics / semiconductor industry.
Significant experience in business and revenue building.
Technical background (minimum B.Sc degree in technical discipline)
Proven track record in international sales development
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and management skills.
Ability to proactively engage with customers.
