We are searching for a Director of Engineering, a strong leader who can
contribute their expertise to the team, and work independently as well. This
position requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering (CS, EE, CE) with
experience managing multidisciplinary, software-intensive teams in
developing products for highly regulated industries. A background in
aerospace and/or optical sensors is desirable. In addition, solid business
acumen, excessive energy, and keen decision-making skills are helpful.
