Our client is a prestigious corporate research lab with an extremely strong,
talented staff.

We are searching for a "Type A", visionary leader with exceptional technical
and business acumen to manage our client's Wireless and RF Solutions
research group, supervising approximately 15 engineers and 5 techs. The
Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, technology
planning/strategy, and budget management. This group is responsible for
exploring advanced RF concepts for both external customers and corporate
product groups.

The Manager position requires an advanced degree (PhD pref.) and a broad,
systems-level background in RF that includes: ID tags for asset management,
High frequency through MMW (Millimeter Wave), Smart antenna, Broadband
wireless communications, Radio development, RF propagation/encoding, and
DSP. Solid business acumen and an MBA are preferred. Experience with DoD
and/or Aerospace industries is helpful.

Benefits are outstanding including a six-figure base salary and yearly stock
